How it works
Android lets a VPN app decide, app by app, which traffic enters the tunnel. When you pick apps in Aultra VPN, those apps are left out of the tunnel and connect directly, exactly as if the VPN were off for them alone. Every other app on your phone stays encrypted and routed through Aultra VPN.
Aultra VPN applies your list on both protocols: WireGuard® excludes the apps from its tunnel, and OpenVPN bypasses them the same way. Switching protocols never switches your choices off.

Yes. Per-app split tunneling works on both WireGuard and OpenVPN on Android. Choose the apps that should use your normal connection; everything else stays inside the VPN. Split tunneling is a Premium feature.
