Transparency

Trust in a VPN starts with honesty about what we can and cannot see. This page explains, in plain language, how Aultra VPN is designed to protect your privacy, what data exists on our systems, and how we respond if we are ever asked to hand data over.

Aultra VPN does not log your browsing history, the websites you visit, the content of your traffic, or your DNS queries while connected. Because this data is never recorded, it cannot be disclosed, sold, or stolen — we cannot hand over what we do not have.

What does exist on our systems is limited to your account information (email, name if you signed in with Google) and subscription status, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If we receive a request from a government agency, court, or other third party, we follow this process:

• Every request is reviewed for legal validity and proper jurisdiction.
• Requests that are invalid, overbroad, or lack jurisdiction are rejected.
• Even for valid requests, the only data we can produce is the limited account data described in our Privacy Policy — never browsing activity, which we do not record.
• Where the law allows, we will notify affected users before disclosing anything.

• All VPN traffic is encrypted with the WireGuard® and OpenVPN protocols.
• Account passwords are stored only in hashed form.
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
• If a security incident ever affects user data, we will notify affected users and the relevant authorities as required by law, and publish what happened and what we did about it.

Ongoing Commitment
