Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Aultra Tech Solution ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Aultra VPN applications, websites, and account dashboard (the "Service"). By creating an account, installing the app, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Aultra VPN is a virtual private network service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through servers we operate in multiple countries, using the WireGuard® and OpenVPN protocols. The Service includes free servers available to all users and premium servers available to subscribers. Server availability, locations, and features may change over time as we maintain and improve the network.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription. Minors may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account is for your personal use on your own devices; you may not resell or share access to the Service.
• Notify us immediately at support@aultratechsolution.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to engage in activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or that harms others, including:

• Hacking, unauthorized access to systems, or distributing malware
• Sending spam or conducting phishing or fraud
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Distributing child sexual abuse material or other unlawful content
• Harassing, threatening, or stalking others
• Launching denial-of-service attacks or otherwise abusing networks
• Attempting to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service itself

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Using a VPN does not exempt you from the laws that apply to you, and you are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any local restrictions on VPN use.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Premium subscriptions are purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Pricing and available plans are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You can cancel anytime in your store subscription settings: Google Play subscriptions or Apple subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep premium access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy and are subject to Google Play and App Store rules.
• Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store subscription — cancel it in your store settings as well.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, factors outside our control (such as network outages), and changes to server locations may temporarily affect availability or speed.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the apps, websites, logos, and content, is owned by Aultra Tech Solution or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service. WireGuard is a registered trademark of Jason A. Donenfeld; other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aultra Tech Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aultra Tech Solution and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account at myaccount.aultratechsolution.com/dashboard/delete_account or from the app's settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service; where reasonable, we will give you notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7–10) survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aultra Tech Solution is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you mandatory rights, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
