Aultra VPN is available for Android phones and tablets (Android 8.0 or later) on Google Play, and for iPhone and iPad on the App Store. Apps for macOS and Windows and a Chrome extension are coming soon. One account works on up to 4 devices.

Does Aultra VPN keep logs?

Accepted Answer

No. We don't log the websites you visit, the content of your traffic or your DNS queries while you're connected. We keep only what's needed to run your account: your email address, your subscription status and basic connection health, such as whether a connection succeeded.

Which protocols does Aultra VPN use?

WireGuard®, which is the default, and OpenVPN. WireGuard uses ChaCha20-Poly1305 and is fast and battery-friendly. OpenVPN uses AES-256-GCM and can run over TCP port 443 on networks that block other VPN traffic.

Does Aultra VPN block ads and trackers?

Yes, with Aultra Shield, a Premium feature. Shield filters at the DNS level inside the VPN tunnel, so it blocks known ad, tracker, malware and phishing domains in every app, not just your browser. The Family level adds adult-content blocking and safe search. Shield works on WireGuard connections.

What is Secure Core?

Secure Core is a multi-hop route. Your traffic enters through a hardened server in a privacy-friendly country before it leaves from the location you picked, so your real IP is one extra hop away from the sites you visit. Secure Core is included with Premium and its routes are marked in the app's Countries tab.

Does Aultra VPN have a kill switch?

Yes. If the VPN connection drops, the kill switch reconnects you automatically and keeps your real IP address hidden until the tunnel is back. On Android you can also turn on Always-on VPN and Block connections without VPN for protection even when the app is closed, and the app walks you through it. The kill switch is a Premium feature.

Does Aultra VPN support split tunneling?

Yes. Per-app split tunneling works on both WireGuard and OpenVPN on Android. Choose the apps that should use your normal connection; everything else stays inside the VPN. Split tunneling is a Premium feature.

Will a VPN slow down my connection?

Accepted Answer

A little. Any VPN adds some overhead because your traffic is encrypted and travels through a server. WireGuard keeps that overhead low. For the best speed, connect to a server close to you or use the built-in Fastest profile; Premium also includes a speed test for comparing servers.

How many devices can I use at once?

Up to 4 devices can be signed in to one Aultra VPN account at the same time.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If you're not happy, you can get a full refund within 30 days of your first Premium purchase. We can refund Google Play purchases directly; App Store refunds are handled by Apple, and we'll support your request.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any time in your store's subscription settings. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, open Profile and tap Delete Account, or sign in at myaccount.aultratechsolution.com and delete it on the web. Your personal data is erased within 30 days. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a store subscription, so cancel that first.

Is it legal to use a VPN?

Accepted Answer

In most countries, yes, and millions of people use one every day to secure their connection. A few countries restrict VPN use, so check your local laws. A VPN doesn't make illegal activity legal, and our Terms of Service prohibit it.
