Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Aultra VPN is a virtual private network (VPN) service operated by Aultra Tech Solution ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Aultra VPN mobile applications (including the Android app com.aultratechsolution.aultravpn), our websites, and the Aultra VPN account dashboard at myaccount.aultratechsolution.com (together, the "Service"). It explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have — including how to delete your account and data.

Our core promise: we do not log, inspect, or store your browsing activity while you are connected to Aultra VPN. We do not record the websites you visit, the content of your traffic, or your DNS queries.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an Aultra VPN account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and Google account identifier as provided by Google Sign-In. If you register with an email and password, your password is stored only in hashed form. We use this information to create and manage your account, authenticate you, link your subscription to your account, and respond to support requests.

2.2 Subscription and Purchase Information

Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Our subscription partner RevenueCat processes purchase receipts and subscription status (such as your plan, renewal date, and store transaction identifiers) so we can activate premium features on your account.

2.3 App Diagnostics and Connection Metadata

To operate a reliable service we process a minimal amount of technical data: whether a VPN connection attempt succeeded or failed, the server location you selected, your app version, and aggregate server-load and bandwidth statistics that are not tied to your individual browsing. The app may also query your current public IP address and approximate (city-level) location from your device — using services such as ipapi.co, ipwho.is, and Cloudflare — solely to show you your connection status and suggest nearby servers. This lookup happens from your device and is not stored on our servers as a browsing record.

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Your browsing history or the websites you visit while connected
  • The content of your network traffic
  • Your DNS queries while connected to the VPN
  • Activity logs that associate you with a specific destination or service

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the VPN service
  • Authenticate your account and keep it secure
  • Activate and manage your subscription
  • Respond to your customer support requests
  • Send important service notices (for example, changes to these policies)
  • Monitor server capacity and improve performance
  • Prevent fraud and abuse of the Service

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run Aultra VPN, and only for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Google Play / Apple App Store: process your payment when you purchase a subscription
  • RevenueCat: manages subscription receipts and entitlement status
  • Superwall: displays in-app subscription offers
  • Google Sign-In: authenticates you if you choose to sign in with Google
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers: host our servers and account systems under confidentiality obligations
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information when required by a valid legal process; because we do not log browsing activity, we cannot disclose what we do not have

5. Data Security

VPN traffic is encrypted using the industry-standard WireGuard® and OpenVPN protocols with strong encryption (including AES-256 for OpenVPN). Account data is protected with access controls and passwords are stored hashed. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information with appropriate technical and organizational measures.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction records for tax and accounting purposes) or data needed to prevent fraud or abuse. Purchase history held by Google Play, the Apple App Store, or RevenueCat is retained according to their own policies.

7. Deleting Your Account and Data

You can delete your Aultra VPN account and the personal data associated with it at any time, without needing the app installed:

Deleting your account removes your profile (email, name, sign-in identifiers), your subscription linkage, and your support history from our systems within 30 days. Any active subscription must be cancelled separately through Google Play or the App Store — deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. If you want some of your data deleted without closing your account (for example, support correspondence), contact our support team and we will action the request within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and personal data (see Section 7)
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@aultratechsolution.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

9. International Data Transfers

Our VPN servers are located in more than 20 countries, and your account information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses with our service providers) to protect your information in accordance with this policy and applicable data protection laws.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase a subscription. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and for significant changes we will notify you by email or in the app before the changes take effect.
